Our Ensemble Blanc is an Alsatian style blend, made of Gewurztraminer, Pinot Gris and Riesling. This wine is crisp and fresh with notes of pear, lychee and gentle citrus flavors that present a beautiful floral bouquet.
The Ensemble is a classic Bordeaux blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Cabernet Franc, offering a rich nose dominated by cassis, blackberries, graphite and savory herbs. On the palate, ripe blackberries and cassis interweave with subtle notes of oak spices and elderberry. With soft tannins and a great texture, this complex, full-bodied wine will continue to evolve with time.
