A dry and savoury blend of barrel fermented Pinot Gris and wild fermented Viognier. An intriguing nose of straw, brioche, green olives and citrus zest. On the palette, flavours of blood orange, almond, sagebrush and autolytic hints add to a great structure and overall balance. Our 2020 PGV blend demonstrates the best of both varieties, combined here in a synergetic way.
