For this 2025 vintage, our Viognier reached its aromatic peak early, yielding a wine of exceptional balance. It pours a delicate pale lemon, revealing a vibrant bouquet of apricot, white peach, and grape fruit, underpinned by a distinct minerality of crushed stone. On the palate, a signature creamy texture is beautifully balanced by a spine of crisp acidity. Layers of fresh orchard fruit and tropical pineapple lead into a structured, persistent finish that truly showcases the miracle of this year's harvest.
