2025 Saignée

Crafted using the traditional Saignée method, this Rosé’s 14-hour skin contact has resulted in a beautifully saturated pink hue. A blend of Pinot Noir and Malbec, the wine offers a highly aromatic bouquet of cherry, sweet almond, lilac, and fresh raspberry. On the palate, a delicate sweetness and zesty acidity are seamlessly intertwined with layers of rhubarb, Spartan apple, and maraschino cherry. A rich, unctuous texture and superb flavor intensity lead to a long, graceful finish.
