2021 Saignée

In this Saignée method Rosé wine, the 18 hour skin contact created a beautifully saturated pink tone. Made from Pinot Noir and Malbec grapes, this wine presents a highly aromatic nose of cherry, sweet almond, lilac and raspberry. On the palate, sweetness and a zesty acidity are intertwined with flavours of rhubarb, raspberry, spartan apple and maraschino cherries. Rich texture and a good intensity of flavours all lead to a long finish.
