2015 Pinot Noir
Wild yeast fermentation allows this delicate grape variety and the terroir to be fully expressed. Raspberries and sweet melon aromas intertwine with wilder, more rustic notes of mushrooms, brine and oak spice. The palate follows closely with red berries, beetroot and oak flavours. With a light body that is complemented by bright acidity, this wine has a long finish and good aging potential.
