2025 White Pinot

Is it a white? Is it a rosé? Our original White Pinot blend sits beautifully in between. We gained its striking peach color from the skins of our Pinot Gris, while fermenting the Pinot Noir as a delicate white wine. The nose is wonderfully subtle, offering scents of white blossom and strawberry with an earthy hint of the forest floor (sous-bois). On the palate, it’s vibrant and medium-bodied, bursting with flavors of juicy peach, Bartlett pear, and bright pomelo.
