3 bottles of our 2020 Ensemble Blanc + 3 bottles of our 2018 Merlot.
Our Ensemble Blanc is an Alsatian style blend, made of Gewurztraminer, Pinot Gris and Riesling. This wine is crisp and fresh with notes of pear, lychee and gentle citrus flavours that present a beautiful floral bouquet.
Our Bordeaux style Merlot shows restraint with a backbone of acidity. A medium bodied wine with a nose of of sweet cherries, plum, thyme and dark chocolate. The palate has good complexity of fruit, oak, earth and spice. Its tannin firmness, combined with plenty of fruit, suggests good aging capabilities.
