2022 Pinot Noir - available for wine club members only

This classic Burgundy-style Pinot Noir was fermented in seasoned French oak, showcasing a fruity and subtly sweet nose of raspberry, cherry, and clove. On the palate, similar fruit notes emerge, complemented by more pronounced oak that intertwines with hints of walnut and mint. The whole-cluster fermentation is evident in its refined structure, with soft, elegant tannins adding to the wine's sophistication.
